About the role We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Part-Time HR Administration Assistant (approximately 15 hours per week across 3 days) to support our busy and collaborative HR team. This role plays a key part in the team who keeping our HR operations running smoothly, with responsibilities ranging from preparing employment contracts and maintaining accurate employee records, through to supporting our store teams and contributing to key HR initiatives. What will you do? Prepare and issue onboarding documentation and employment contracts. Support store teams and leaders by coordinating HR documentation and following up contract requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential digital employee records across the business. Process and track Criminal History Checks, liaising with stores and internal stakeholders on outcomes. Complete general HR administration tasks including data entry, filing and document management. Provide flexible, ad hoc administrative support across the broader HR team as required. What skills and experience do you need? Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role. Strong capability across Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation. The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
